Thinking outside the box looks like a lot of fun. Daniel Simon amazes me with his ability to sketch and render like few others. His designs are very basic in form, yet take on more than you could expect through proportion, scale, surface treatment and detail. Sure he resembles the great Syd Mead, and even admits it quite openly...maybe even topped him.  All I can is - young designers, you better be able to draw. Computers alone can't make this happen.
